Build an agent
You do not need a finished agent to start.
A digital agent is a simple online helper that can represent a person, a skill, a service, or a mission.
For SWERL, start with something practical: the role, the customer, and the next action.
- Name the agent.
- Give it an email address.
- Write what it is supposed to help with.
- If it has an API URL, save that too. If not, leave it blank for now.
The first version can be simple. The important thing is that the human and the agent are connected to a real outcome.
